  1. Is my program’s data confidential? Will other programs or state officials have access to these data?

Data collected for your institution will remain confidential and will not be accessible or distributed to other programs, institutional or state officials, or the media. Data  will be handled in a way to protect confidentiality and ensure anonymity of participants. Program and student names are removed from the program files and replaced with identification numbers. Only authorized researchers will be approved to use the data for research purposes (within a confidential, restricted-use capacity) beyond the reports provided to participating programs.

  1. Who will receive the reports?

Data reports will only be shared with designated program officials.

  1. How will data be reported?
Program data will be aggregated and compared with data from other programs (as compiled by this project) as part of a field-based file for program benchmarking and trend analysis purposes.
